Collections
Organize your documents into collections for easy access and management.
What Are Collections?
Collections are groups of related documents. Use them to organize your prompts by project, topic, workflow, or any grouping that makes sense for you.
Examples:
- "Customer Support" — support macros, tone guides, escalation templates
- "Code Review" — review checklists, style guides, feedback templates
- "Marketing" — brand voice prompts, content frameworks, campaign briefs
Creating a Collection
- Open the Plixo web app at app.plixo.app
- Click Collections in the sidebar
- Click New Collection
- Give it a name and optional description
- Add documents by clicking Add Document within the collection
Adding Documents to a Collection
You can add documents to a collection in two ways:
- From the collection — Open a collection and click Add Document to create or link an existing document
- From a document — Open any document and assign it to a collection from the document settings
Accessing Collections in the Extension
When you open the Plixo Chrome extension on any AI chat page, you can browse by collection:
- Click the Plixo extension icon
- Navigate to your collections
- Select a document to inject
Limits
- Free plan — Up to 10 collections
- Pro plan — Up to 200 collections
- AI plan — Unlimited collections
