Notion Import

Connect your Notion workspace and import pages as Plixo documents.

Overview

If you already have prompts, templates, or reference documents in Notion, you can import them directly into Plixo. The import converts Notion page content into Plixo documents that you can then inject into any AI chat.

Connecting Notion

  1. Open the Plixo web app at app.plixo.app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Under Integrations, click Connect Notion
  4. Authorize Plixo to access your Notion workspace
  5. Select which pages or databases to share with Plixo

Importing Pages

Once connected:

  1. Click Import in the sidebar
  2. Select Notion as the source
  3. Browse your shared Notion pages
  4. Select the pages you want to import
  5. Click Import — each page becomes a Plixo document

What Gets Imported

Plixo imports the text content of your Notion pages, including:

  • Headings and paragraphs
  • Bulleted and numbered lists
  • Code blocks
  • Quotes and callouts

Images, embeds, and database views are not imported (only their text content is extracted).

Tips

  • Import selectively — Only import pages you'll actually use as AI context
  • Edit after import — Refine imported documents in Plixo's editor to optimize them as prompts
  • Organize — Add imported documents to collections for easy access

Availability

Notion import is available on all plans (Free, Pro, and AI).
